Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Evgrow Marketing, we strive to deliver high-quality Digital Marketing, Website Development, Software Development, Mobile App Development, Branding, SEO, and related services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellations and refunds for our services.
1. Cancellation Policy
A client may request cancellation of a project by sending a written request via email.
However, the following conditions shall apply:
- Once the project has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- Advance payment non refundable
- You can request a refund due to our agency’s failure.
- Cancellation requests made after work has started will be subject to payment for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any third-party expenses already incurred, including but not limited to domain registration, web hosting, premium themes, plugins, APIs, software licenses, SMS services, email services, cloud services, or advertising costs, are non-refundable.
- Evgrow Marketing reserves the right to stop work until all outstanding dues are cleared.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered where it is determined that Evgrow Marketing has failed to deliver the agreed services due solely to reasons within our control.
Approved refunds may apply only in situations such as:
- Duplicate payment made by the Client.
- Payment processed due to a billing error.
- Evgrow Marketing is unable to begin the project after accepting payment for reasons solely attributable to the Company.

Each request will be reviewed individually. Approval of a refund is at the sole discretion of Evgrow Marketing based on the facts and project status.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Advance payments after project work has started.
- Completed or partially completed work.
- Website Design or Development services already delivered.
- Software or Mobile App Development work completed.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services.
- Digital Marketing services.
- Google Ads Management.
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Management.
- Paid advertising budgets.
- Social Media Marketing.
- Graphic Design.
- Logo Design.
- Video Editing.
- Content Writing.
- Consultation or Strategy Sessions.
- Website Maintenance.
- Emergency Support Services.
4. Third-Party Costs
The following costs are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain Registration
- Domain Renewal
- Web Hosting
- SSL Certificates
- Premium Themes
- Premium Plugins
- Software Licenses
- API Subscription Charges
- Payment Gateway Fees
- Cloud Services
- Email Hosting
- SMS Services
- Advertising Spend on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other platforms
These payments are made directly to third-party providers and cannot be recovered by Evgrow Marketing.
5. Marketing & SEO Disclaimer
Digital Marketing and SEO involve numerous external factors beyond our control.
Accordingly, refunds shall not be issued due to:
- Lower-than-expected leads
- Lower sales
- Reduced website traffic
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Google ranking changes
- Meta or Google account restrictions
- Ad disapprovals
- Platform algorithm updates
Campaign performance depends on market conditions, competition, audience behaviour, budget allocation, creative quality, and third-party platform policies.
6. Client Delays
If a project is delayed because the Client fails to provide required content, approvals, credentials, or feedback, Evgrow Marketing shall not be responsible for the delay, and such delays shall not qualify for cancellation or refund.
7. Force Majeure
Evgrow Marketing shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, cyber attacks, government restrictions, war, pandemics, labour disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.
Such events shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
8. Changes to this Policy
Evgrow Marketing reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
